Computing Invariant Manifolds Library Documentation
This is the library of foundation classes which later development was based on.
It is a class library which provides functions used to compute invariant
manifolds. It implements the discrete tubular neighborhood approach to the
numerical approximation of manifolds, for one and two dimensional
manifolds. The discretization schemes are of various orders and incorporate non-uniform
adaptive refinement. Examples of classes that provide a direct user interface to
the various graph transform algorithms are: d1GTO_s, d1TCGTO_s (one dimensional attracting case),
d2GTO_s, d2TCGTO_s (two dimensional attracting case), and GTO_hyp (one
dimensional saddle case).
