This year, in place of the traditional Apple Creek Anniversary Dance, we are hosting an extra-special event!
We are holding a benefit dance in remembrance of Karen Duffield, a longtime club member who lost her fight against cancer in June, 2003.
All the proceeds will be donated in her name to the City of Hope. We are hoping to raise enough money to buy a plaque for Karen to be placed in the City of Hope rose garden where she spent a lot of time during her illness.
Thirteen of the very best cuers have donated their time for this event!
The Apple Creek Cloggers will be throwing one of their famous potluck dinners - yum!
From 5-6pm, there will be a clogging marathon dance - how long can you dance without dropping?!
