DETAILS:

• Please include a memo (or our optional order form) with mailing address for our report, indicating tests required for each sample.
• Payment with order is required to begin work. We accept personal checks, company checks/money orders/travellers checks. (Sorry, no credit cards).
• International orders must include payment drawn from US bank, US money order, or US currency sent at sender's risk.
• Send approx. 8 to 16 oz. of sample for testing. An 8 oz. (about 1/4 Kg.) sample allows multiple tests on the same sample.
• Our written report will be mailed on completion.
• Prices are per sample of dry mineral. Sample preparation cost is included in price only for dry samples.
• A sample may consist of rocks and soil, multiple rocks, or any combination of naturally-occurring mineral. If shipping multiple samples - please mark each sample container with sequential numbers or letters or other mark for identification. Samples packed separately are presumed to be separate samples and are tested separately and charged accordingly.
• Allow wet samples to dry before shipping. Please break rocks to 2" or less.

• No extra charge for sample preparation for dry mineral samples weighing 8 to 16 oz.
• Add $5.00 per moist or wet sample for air drying.
• Add $5.00 per rock over 2" across for hand pulverizing.
• Add $2.00 per Lb. to mix and split oversize sample exceeding 1 Lb.
• Add $5.00 per undersized ore sample of less than 4 oz. or concentrate below 2 oz.

• E-Mail Report:Include e-mail address, add $3.00 per package of samples for e-mail report - recommended for all international orders. This option requires a valid, working e-mail address with blocking turned off, no passwords for incoming e-mail and spam filters off, with mailbox capacity for a small PDF file, or report delivery will default to postal service only. Please check the e-mail inbox occasionally after about 10 days from sample shipment to us to avoid delay in report delivery.
• Fax Report:Include fax number and add $6.00 per order for reports by fax to lower 48 U.S. states; fax not available for international orders. This option requires a valid fax number with a functional fax machine ready to receive incoming calls between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Time at the phone number supplied or report delivery will default to postal service only.
• Hard copy of reports are always mailed in addition to electronic delivery.
• Weigh and report weight (rounded to 0.05 lb.) of bulk sample as received is now included in price.
• Production concentrate samples - Please submit sample of material and request a quote.
• Appointments for in-person sample drop-off or walk-ins are not available.

• Please retain the largest portion of sample for your records, and ship only a smaller portion of sample for testing. Never ship the entire sample, in the event it may be lost in transit.
• Samples of sand, soil, or small rocks may be sent in thick plastic bags (freezer bags) and shipped Federal Express, UPS, or mailed in a padded envelope or box. Heavy rock samples over 2" across should additionally be wrapped in newspaper, bubble wrap, or cloth and boxed to avoid packaging failure in transit. All samples must be dry for faster turnaround and to avoid drying charge.

• Lab turnaround estimate is not a firm deadline; rich or complex ores, or non-geologic materials may require more time. Prices are per sample for basic data reported in ppm, troy oz/ton, or percent. Prices may change without notice except that prices in effect at sample shipment will apply regardless of price change before or after sample delivery.
• All tests are destructive and are not appropriate for gems, meteorites, or other objects of high intrinsic value. Determination of the suitability of data for client's objectives remains the client's responsibility. In event of data dispute, we may retest or refer sample to another lab for retesting at client's expense, at our option. If the purpose of data is to establish a value for a transaction, each party should obtain their own independent assays from different assayers and also obtain engineering, cost, and feasibility studies before deciding to invest. All reports are one party reports for prospecting and exploration use. Not for EPA, FDA, regulatory or transactional use.
