In 1909 the big event in North Dakota is Alfred and Sina's wedding. Both came to the US from Norway. Sina's parents are Kristian and Berthe Lunde and Alfred's parents are Knut and Petrine Lindseth remained in Norway although many brothers and sisters moved to America.

Following the end of World War 2, Walt Osterberg spent a year in Korea as part of the American army of occupation. Many of Walt's activities, and the Korean country and culture of 1946 are recorded in the following Photo Layout.

Walt Osterberg and Christine Lindseth were married on August 26, 1939. Bert Osterberg & Lillian Bengtsen assisted. The happy couple honeymooned in San Diego and Big Bear.
